How it works
Every explorer starts somewhere. Start as an Explorer, climb up to Adventurer, and aim for Trailblazer. Each tier unlocks better rewards.
Explorer (Tier 1)
Entry: Automatically when you join.
Points earning: Earn 5% back in points on every purchase on eligible products.
Birthday reward: A R100 voucher on your birthday (valid for 30 days).
Perks: Access to standard member offers + the satisfaction of being on the first rung of something bigger.
Welcome to the trail. You’re earning from day one and you’ve got a birthday treat to start with.
Adventurer (Tier 2)
Entry: Spend R 12 000 within a year. (Annual reset)
Welcome bonus: A R250 discount voucher (valid within 30 days of promotion).
Points earning: Earn 8% back in points.
Early access: First-in-line access to new products & upcoming events.
Birthday reward: A R250 voucher (valid 30 days).
As an Adventurer, you’re showing serious loyalty. You’re not just in the game — you’re playing ahead.
Trailblazer (Tier 3)
Entry: Spend R 35 000 in the year. (Annual reset)
Welcome bonus: A R500 gift card (valid for 30 days from receipt).
Points earning: Earn 10% back in points — our highest rate.
Exclusive access: Invitations to VIP events + product launches + continued early access.
Birthday reward: A R500 voucher (valid 30 days).

Redemption Rules
Nothing complicated here: you can redeem your points once your cart isR 2 500 or more. Same thresholds, same rules across all tiers. Easy. Straight. Rewarding.
