Product Description

Sonoma Distilling Co. Cherrywood Smoked Bourbon Whiskey is a craft California bourbon notable for using a portion of barley smoked in-house over cherrywood. Formerly known in the brand's lineup as "West of Kentucky No. 1," this expression was rebranded during a major distillery overhaul in 2018. It is double-distilled in handmade copper pot stills and bottled at 96 proof (48% ABV).

  • 20% Canadian Rye
  • 13% Cherrywood Smoked Malted Barley (sourced from Wyoming)
